EDGE Program
About
Lawyer-ed is excited to unveil its EDGE Program, designed specifically for high school and post-secondary students. This immersive year-around experience will provide participants with valuable skills that enhance their resumes, along with exposure to the dynamic business and legal industries. Students will connect with esteemed companies and peers from around the globe, making this a prestigious opportunity to bridge the gap between high school and university—and beyond!
Throughout the program, students will have the opportunity to collaborate closely with the executive team, current university students, brand partners, and Lawyer-ed clients. They will have the chance to develop their social and analytical skills while making a meaningful impact within the organization and advancing their careers.
The EDGE Summer Program proudly offers a wide array of opportunities for high school and university students, who will receive certification and accreditation upon successful completion of their work.
WHAT STUDENTS SAY
Throughout my internship experience with Lawyer-ed, I gained real-word insight and experience into the field of consulting and entrepreneurship [and] felt real-life impact resonating with the hard work and effort I contributed. I would highly recommend this internship program to my fellow peers especially with interest in the business, consulting, and legal industry. What an amazing internship experience and I’m really grateful for how things turned out.
- Jessamine Li, Batch of 2024
I found this course to be highly beneficial in honing my project management skills! I never knew how much goes into planning and executing a project until I took this course.
- Layla Babouta, Batch of 2023
It was evident that the people around me had similar goals and values to mine which I think made the internship very successful and productive. I enjoyed how it really felt like I was a part of Lawyer-ed and that I was making useful contributions to the organisation while still learning new things all at the same time. Since Lawyer-ed is student-run, I found it much easier to communicate and relate with the employees...This is truly an experience I’ll never forget and the friends and knowledge I’ve gained will stay with me as I go further on my journey.
